Wagon Wheel Chili
- 2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
- 2 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 1/2 cups Tomato Juice
- 8 oz. Rotelle (Wagon Wheel) Pasta
- In a large pot, add beef and onion. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
- Add remaining ingredients (except pasta) and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
