Alfredo Chicken and Rice Bake

Creamy, delicious, and way too easy.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 16 oz. jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/2 cups Parboiled Rice
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Add Alfredo sauce, stock, rice, and tomatoes to 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Place chicken on top of mixture.
  4. Cover dish and bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
